1/2 BHK flats near Hi Tech city

We (me and my wife) are shifting to Hyderabad from Bangalore next month, looking for insights about what would be a nice place to live. Priority would be peace, football and badminton court nearby and greenery. We are okay with 5-6 KM commute. Would perfer a gated society
