Hi everyone, I’m an engineer with 8 months of experience at Infosys, currently working as a System Engineer. Alongside my job, I’ve been doing freelance work for a foreign-based company, where I’ve been performing well. I joined Infosys mainly to build credible experience on paper so I could eventually move to top-tier companies. My initial plan was to manage both my job and freelancing while continuously improving my skills. However, I’m starting to realize that trying to juggle both is limiting my progress, and I’m not hitting the level I’m aiming for. At this point, I need to make a clear decision and would appreciate guidance. I strongly believe I have the potential to become a solid developer. Most of my work so far has been focused on backend integrations.
