Startup pressure

When I joined this startup The CEO was very positive and supportive towards work but now all of a sudden he's become like hell hectic giving lot of pressure and he thinks he can compete with the big giants of IT world even without investment and adding funds
He's an foreign return. Today I had a very bad argument with him stating all the pressure I had but he just said that sort of pressure means the company is really going somewhere. Now I'm In a state where I can't move also Nor I wanna stay listening to this idiot inspite of doing my best. So give me suggestions what should I do to overcome this.
