Need to connect with a LTIMindtree HR

I have questions about leave policy in NP Please comment if you have information about extension of NP if leaves or, medical leave or Comp off is taken in NP

In my experience, most Indian companies, including Mindtree, have a strict policy about leaves during the notice period. Generally, any leave taken during NP is added back to the NP, effectively extending it. However, each case is unique and it's best to discuss your situation directly with HR. They are the final authority on these matters.
