First job offer

Hi, I recently graduated from college and got an offer from a startup where I'll work as a MERN stack developer. I have no previous experience except for a 2-month internship I did during my college time. I am offered 2.4 lpa. Should I accept or negotiate for more? Is this inline with industry standards for this role ?
