Is there a checklist of stuff to do when starting SaaS?

I'm working on a side project but haven't started a saas project before. UI UX, payment gateway and code is covered, anything else to keep in mind? Do you have a personal check list or resources you can share?

Which payment gateway are you using? Stripe, Razorpay require GST no?

Stripe doesn't allow that I guess. Most other payment gateway don't as well. That's why I was intrigued about not incorporating part bcz I'm interested in that as well
