is there anyone who has been able to do a job, relationship, side project, hobby take time to travel and spend time with loved ones.. Because I am constantly failing when I am catching one losing the other terribly?

And to answer your question : We all are in the same boat. The trick is just to never stop “trying”. I was benching 100kgs last week, this week I barely moved out of my bed.
