Taking refferal seems waste of time.

I am applying to jobs actively from last one year, gave more than 15+ interviews but rejected in all unfortunately 😔... Sometimes in the managerial round..

Now in 2025,I have taken more than 20+ referrals from different companies, and before applying I spent some time aligning my resume as per JD.. But still I am not getting any response...

What should I do? Should I offer some bribe HRs for shortlisting or should I go to offices directly and ask for a job? 😅..
