Hi recently i got 0 VP, but after that nobody connected with me.pip given by last project PL.
Is this possible i will not get any pip. I should contact to my current manager or pl or last pl.Or Do nothing.
HRs,SM,PL,Manager whats your view how you are handling.
Atleast they should clarify.

HR and your PL will set up a meeting with and explain to you why management put you in a performance improvement plan. If there is any meeting scheduled in the next 2 working days then directly ping to your PL
