I am on notice period and my LWD is 29 June 2025. So i was expecting the vp with may salary. But today my people lead call me and told you got 0% vp as you are on notice period how is it possible as i am there till june end.

Even if you have exited before May 30, you must receive your VP. Because variable pay for May is calculated from September to February. Variable pay is earned every month and disbursed once 6 months. In short, your lead scammed you.

So you are suffering same as me... atleast your lead told that you are having 0 percent variable, I'm been following with my lead and manager none of them responds they simply informed wait for the June 1st, I have checked my rewards portal showing 0 percent variable, i feel frustrated after working for 3 yrs they are treating like useless...my lwd is June though
