My friend is a good full stack dev (React, Python). He is decent at DSA too. He got layed off. Some friends referred him but he was not interview ready that time so he couldn't clear interviews. After that where ever he applied he didn't get a call without referral. Job market is so competitive these days. Applied at 100s of jobs at Linkedin, Naukri and career pages of companies still no calls.
Recently, he changed his strategy. He noticed that a lot of people post about openings on Linkedin and they are ready to refer quality people. With this strategy he got 10 first round assignment, tests and interviews combined in a week.
Based on this eureka moment (at-least for me). I'm building a platform to curate hiring posts from Linkedin so that people don't miss out on these and they have a decluttered space to find them.
You can join the waitlist for early access. Launching it sometime in the next week.
