Trending @Accenture; 0% hike for those who got promoted in jun 24

I was promoted during the June 2024 cycle from Level 11 to Level 10. However, I was informed that I would not receive a salary hike this time because I already received a promotion-related raise in the last cycle. Has anyone else who was promoted in the previous cycle received a hike this time around?
