Trending @Capgemini; 0 days in December from WFO

I have been on leave from 1st December to 15th December, and the rest I worked from home so the days counted for wfo was 0.

I know it will hamper my rating but will the PIP be raised for this particular reason?

That brings your working days in month to 11, so you should have gone office for 6 days.
If you've covered more bto days in other months it shouldn't be a problem. Even if all other months you've only completed exactly 12 days - still, they check bto % yearly and if your % is above 80 there shouldn't be a PIP or BOTP.
But kiss ur ratings good bye.

I got a mail that I need to apply for bto or else disciplinary action will be taken. I’m concerned what should I do? I was in project in that particular time.
