I got an opportunity in Hyderabad for 7.25 LPA and HR waited for me up to 60 Days till the notice period. Before a week of joining I got another counter offer in chennai itself 11 LPA.

I Preferred Chennai Organisation Since they offer a good package.

Go with the higher pay.. ne need to fell any shame. For your experience the previous company is already downplaying you so go with the offer that pays more.
