What we’re looking for: • 1–4 years of hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) • Strong grasp of system design, REST APIs, microservices • Bonus: experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, or distributed systems • Product mindset & eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
