Hi All,
I have been working with my current manager since last 2 years.
My manager has crushed my confidence to the point where I have lost all of my motivation and will to move forward in my life.
As someone who is very passionate about my work, I am in an extremely terrible place. I am dreading waking up at the thought of seeing him in office.
I understood from my team that he treats everyone like that, no matter how well or hard you work—probably a reflection of his own insecurities.
I am unable to understand how should I manage him, also I am unable to normalize such kind of behavior in my head.
Finally I have decided that I will not stick around here for too long.
If you are feeling stuck in a toxic environment, prioritize yourself and your well-being.
The world is full of opportunities, and life has better plans for you.

As an Accenture policy or process you are eligible to change or ask to change the project.
It's Accenture and any kind of negative or bad behaviour is not tolerable.
You can ask to your upper management or competency head incase it didn't get changed
