Corporate has initiated a strategic review of all associates at the C3A level and above. As part of this, job roles and their relevance to ongoing projects are being closely evaluated
If an associateβs role is deemed replaceable by someone with a lower band or more cost effective profile, one of the following actions may occur
Reassignment to a different account aligned with their skillset
Transfer to RMG, with a 35 day window to find a new role internally. If unsuccessful, the associate may be asked to resign
This move is part of a broader effort to streamline operations and ensure optimal resource allocation across projects

This is called trying to fix a problem when there is none. They will lose more work to their competitors. When their focus is only on profits and margins, customer service will suffer and eventually TCS will have major crisis in coming years. Just like trackijg WFO, here as well devoting time and energy in the wrong direction .

They will be not asked to resign instead they will be adjusted internally to some others roles according to their skill set
