Trending @Accenture; 🌟 From Uncertainty to Confidence – My 4-Year Tech Journey

I started my career as an intern at Cognizant, earning ₹12,000 per month. After 6 months, I received a full-time opportunity with a CTC of ₹4.5 LPA. I was excited and hopeful. However, things didn’t go as planned.

Despite being part of a project, I never got real work to do. For over 2.5 years, I stayed in the same environment, learning little everyday from youtube. Eventually, I made the decision to move on, a tough call, but necessary.

Then came my next opportunity — I joined another company (not naming it here). Even though the work culture didn't resonate with me, I used that time wisely. I built multiple personal projects using:

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

Spring Cloud: API Gateway, Config Server, Load Balancer, Circuit Breakers

React for the frontend These weren’t just sample apps , they were full-fledged, production-style systems that taught me more than any formal project had.

Today, I’m working in a solid role where I contribute meaningfully to a real-world project. What I’ve realized is this:

👉 It doesn’t matter if you didn’t get to work on fancy client projects in the beginning. 👉 What matters is how much effort you put into learning, building, and understanding. 👉 Your projects speak for your skills, whether done at work or personally.

If you're stuck, don’t wait — start building. Interviews won’t ask where you worked; they’ll ask what you know and what you’ve built.

Here’s to self-learning, consistency, and growth. 🚀

If you used any resource please share with me, would love to learn from your experience as I am a fresher.
