🏠 Flat Hunt in Pune – Availability from Dec/Jan 🙏
Recently moved to Pune for my project and currently staying in a hotel. The stay is turning out to be super expensive, and with low salaries it’s getting tough to manage.
As per BTO policies, I need to shift soon, but flat hunting here hasn’t been easy. Challenges so far:
- High rents in Hinjewadi & nearby areas
- Heavy deposits
- Brokerage charges (looking without brokerage)
Very few budget-friendly family flats available.
Requirement (for Dec/Jan availability):
- 1BHK/2BHK in a society (family flat)
- Rent: ₹18k (unfurnished/semi-furnished)
- Rent: ₹20–24k (semi-furnished/fully furnished)
- Deposit: ₹35–40k
If anyone has leads on family flats near Hinjewadi or nearby accessible areas (without brokerage) that will be available from December or January, please share the details.

No I don't have any leads as of now.
There was some FB group for Life Republic which you can explore to get some leads.
Apart from that you can ask your friends having NoBrokerNeighbourHood or MyGate app to check if they can see any listings by owners for Life Republic (even though they might be living in some other society).
