Hearing that, this year irrespective of rating..Everyone will getting 💯 % bonus.. is it true?
The company has authorized/funded the discretionary bonus program at 100%. This is great news! It means: The overall bonus pool (the total money set aside for bonuses across the company) is fully funded at the maximum planned level. This is the highest bonus funding since around 2018, and it's directly tied to the strong 2025 results and hitting the "Winner's Circle" early. It's a company-wide reward for everyone's collective hard work ("hustle, disciplined execution, commitment"). But individual bonuses are still performance-based (tied to your rating, role, band, etc.): "100% funding" means the company isn't cutting the bonus pool (like sometimes happens in bad years, where they might fund only 70-80% of target). Your personal payout depends on your performance rating (e.g., 1-5 scale, where higher = better).
But how much percentage when can we know
This is nonsense, rating will decide your bonus as always.
