Trending @Accenture; 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have a doubt,If I worked 2 years in a company ,but really have only 1 year of work experience as was in bench remaining months...so for switching company do recruiter see the real hands-on work experience years or the the number of years salary earned is enough ?

Could you please tell me

I don’t understand why such questions come to your mind. Just clear interview. Why to add so many crying smiley. It had some meaning, don’t use unnecessarily.

@Mallimaskia is right, you can show your experience as 2 years.

It doesn’t matter whatever number of months you were on bench. Your total experience is actually the total number of months you work with Accenture. Not the time you work for a client. Just focus on your skill set.
