Try setting small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them. Also, maybe find a work buddy to share the pain with, it helps sometimes

Think in longer term where you want to be in next 5 years ask yourself whether you will be their if you work like this...... try reminding yourself If you are not working properly others will take your place...
