I have worked 1000s of hours with no work life balance. Broke up with my girlfriend TWICE and started having Casual Sex to cope with the pressure.
I have been working with TCS for the last 2 years. I joined as an intern and was later offered a full-time role after completing my internship.
The work here is extremely demanding and stressful. We are expected to work long hours, often exceeding 80+ hours per week. This has led to burnout among many coworkers, including myself. There is little emphasis on work-life balance, and we are constantly pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines.
In addition to the excessive workload, there is also a lack of transparency and communication within the organization. My manager often makes decisions without consulting us and when I asked many people in different teams they said the same thing.
Despite these issues, TCS continues to attract people despite its reputation as a shitty employer. Many employees end up sacrificing their mental and physical health just to appease clients.
I am planning to leave very soon. Let's see.

BRO.. WTH, I work for less than an hour and I trade with TCS money to make returns. It's peanuts when the matter of hike comes, so need to approach a different way to beat inflation. Literally told my manager to release me if he is not satisfied by my work.

Not necessarily. I can maintain very good WLB. But i agree, some folks are very difficult to work with.most important thing in TCS is a good manager. They can make or break your life.

Bro! You really need to sort this out. You have to learn to deal with work ethically. You're giving a reason for sex! And that too work-stress! That's so damn pathetic.
I would advise you to talk it out to your supervisor or manager if your work is stressful. Set some time limits for work. Try to let your supervisor or manager know what your capacity is. Capacity planning is their headache and not a reason for you to have sex!

@BoringIce it happens to everyone in tcs in thier initial days.but we need to Open up clearly during meetings and put our word. I know we all should find a way to overcome this stress but believe me at these times of difficulty Please spend some time with your grandparents if they are alive and May god bless you the right path of mankind
@BoringIce I completely get what you said. For the first 6 months of the last year i had the same story and let me tell you no one, absolutely no one will help you keep yourself sane. It's on you and just you. Sorry to hear about your plight, please look for a job change and all the best. I hope you make it into a good company.
It’s all your fault you shouldn’t have taken so much stress or overload. You need to make/take right decisions at the right time before it’s too late and land into the situations in which you are now.
