I have worked 1000s of hours with no work life balance. Broke up with my girlfriend TWICE and started having Casual Sex to cope with the pressure.
I have been working with CG for the last 2 years. I joined as an intern and was later offered a full-time role after completing my internship.
The work here is extremely demanding and stressful. We are expected to work long hours, often exceeding 80+ hours per week. This has led to burnout among many coworkers, including myself. There is little emphasis on work-life balance, and we are constantly pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines.
In addition to the excessive workload, there is also a lack of transparency and communication within the organization. My manager often makes decisions without consulting us and when I asked many people in different teams they said the same thing.
Despite these issues, CG continues to attract people despite its reputation as a shitty employer. Many employees end up sacrificing their mental and physical health just to appease clients.
I am planning to leave very soon. Let's see.
I have never seen such a worst management ever …. My manager said they dnt have project budget to provide us headsets …. How is this a company with revenue in crores ?? It does not even provide basic equipments for employees to work …..
Same with me , I got the worst used laptop with an audio problem and the project manager refused for the headset for office use. Worst company in my career , poor management and narrow minded managers
I use a Jabra headphone worth 50k which was issued to me over an email. I guess you just need to be worth it.
The majority of upper management is absolute shit and making work life worse for the new talent and hard working people. They want to still stay in the market is minimal technical skills whatsoever. The only reason they stay relevant is due to their connections in the company and complete projects no matter what just by putting pressure on the team. These people are the sole reason MNCs have such a bad reputation. Hope you find a better job and leave this shit hole soon.

This is same situation with me also, In my project higher management are so pathetic even though they don't know any technical Skills and how to handle any worst situation they're killing us & making false promises we'll get extra comp-off blah blah such things...even tough last 4/5month we're doing some weekend works also but nothing is paid till now. these b*sted management's is only doing impress to client. Also Some lead/Manager are doing flattering with senior management for secure their seat.
Otherwise how will offices in Europe buy beer on Fridays? Someone gas to pay for it.
