I have been working with Accenture for the last 2 years. I joined as an intern and was later offered a full-time role after completing my internship.
The work here is extremely demanding and stressful. We are expected to work long hours, often exceeding 80+ hours per week. This has led to burnout among many coworkers, including myself. There is little emphasis on work-life balance, and we are constantly pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines.
In addition to the excessive workload, there is also a lack of transparency and communication within the organization. My manager often makes decisions without consulting us and when I asked many people in different teams they said the same thing.
Despite these issues, Accenture continues to attract people despite its reputation as a shitty employer. Many employees end up sacrificing their mental and physical health just to appease clients.
I am planning to leave very soon. Let's see.
Hello Everyone, I wanted to ask one question. I was just submitting the exit request. I joined on 6th November, 2023 and for 180 days we are kept on probation. So as per that it should end on 4th May,2024. In probation we have 30 days of notice period. But now it's showing me 90 days. What should I do?
I think it’s not the company but these bastard Managers who promise things that are not required with unrealistic timelines. Hence the team has to work day and night put extra effort and hours for weeks. So that the Manager can go ahead and present in front of his bosses in a 10 to 15 mins. We must discourage the culture of asslicking from the roots. Start taking a case of such guys when you find them as your juniors or subordinates. Yeh log aisa attitude leke aage badhne nahi chahiye. Hey, i am working in Accenture from past 2 years in insurence sector i never been forced to work after-hours and my leads tells us please don't work after hours whatever is left do it next day. And FYI i am a QA analyst. I'm not sure its with everyone but i have no problem with Accenture.
Hey everyone, I got a better opportunity in another organisation so I have asked for an early exit but my HR says that there is no such policy in Accenture. But I have seen my colleagues take an early exit. Any suggestions on this? I tried contacting the other organisation but they want me to join their company in their mentioned date.
Just to get a fair idea, this is for S&C or ATCI? I know that ATCI makes you dehadi mazdoor, but never knew that S&C is equally pathetic.
