Just a doubt. Why are all the tech parks allowed to run the fountains if water crisis is there? Is fountain more important than people's thirst?

It's peak temperature in bangalore (rainfall expected soon), whereas in Gurgaon summer hasn't even started (it will probably go on till the end of June, weather usually goes up till 45-46 or even more). So, comparing bangalore vs Gurgaon is not apples to apples. Though I agree that bangalore has been getting hotter in the last 10-15 yrs or so.
