If you dont make a reservation at the Kebab Factory at the Radisson, you wont get a table! Even though the hotel is near the airport, this restaurant is definitely worth the drive. The idea is a novel one, with waiters dressed up in overalls like factory workers, and super fast service of their over 180 fabulous kinds of kebabs! They have a set menu either non-vegetarian (two chicken kebabs, two mutton kebabs, and fish kebabs), vegetarian (six types of kebabs) or seafood. Along with the melt-in-your-mouth kebabs, Indian breads, dals and biryani are served. And there is a choice of desserts as well. The Kebab Factory is open for dinner on all days, and also for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
