The Shoe Stop

I just had one of the worst experiences at this shop. Dont know if this is the way they treat their regular customers what would happen to first timers. Bought a pair of fancy footwears for a good sum of money. The salesgirl too much in hurry of closing the deal gave me a small size pair, which I later discovered on wearing, was pathetic to my feet. Anyways, I returned to the store three days later with the pair and told them the problem. They tried to make the pair fit into my feet some way and assured me that it would be alright. Anyways, it didnt get any better. I called up the store two hours later to ask for exchanging the pair. The same desparate sales girl didnt only refuse to exchange but was also got outrightly rude and insolent.
They very proudly write "USA" with their brand name, I think they are not in any way comparable to those western guys for whom each customer is god.
