I want to add risk to my portfolio

I’m 37 yo Male. My portfolio is 2.5Cr (no liabilities). I’ve been fairly boring and conservative with my investments (large and mid cap mutual fund SIPs). I want to start adding more aggressive investments. Questions:

1. how much can I allocate to aggressive bets?
2. which assets should I look at. I don’t want to do options, seems beyond my comprehension
3. what’s a good cagr to target
4. should I work with a money manager?

I’m not an investment expert but I’m not a beginner, just looking for some like minded thoughts.
